இன்றைய தினம் அறப்போர் இயக்கம் கனிமவளத் துறை அமைச்சர் திரு TK பிரபு அவர்களை சந்தித்து மூன்று மனுக்களை கொடுத்தோம். மூன்று மனுக்களின் சாராம்சம் இதோ

1. அறப்போர் இயக்கம் லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத் துறையிலும் அரசாங்கத்திலும் 2024 ஆம் ஆண்டு கொடுத்த திமுக அரசின் ரூபாய் 700 கோடி திருநெல்வேலி கல்குவாரி ஊழல் மீது கிரிமினல் நடவடிக்கையும், கனிமவள இழப்பை மீட்கும் அபராத நடவடிக்கையும் உடனடியாக எடுக்க வேண்டும். அறப்போர் புகாரில் FIR பதிவு செய்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க லஞ்ச ஒழிப்பு துறைக்கு உடனடியாக அனுமதி வழங்க வேண்டும்.

2. கடந்த ஆட்சியில் ஜனவரி 2026 இல் சட்ட விரோதமாக கொண்டுவரப்பட்ட GO(Ms) No 2026 One Time Regulairization scheme அரசாணையை புதிய அரசு உடனே திரும்ப பெற வேண்டும். திரும்ப பெறுவதன் மூலம் 20,000 கோடி ரூபாய் அளவுக்கு அரசுக்கு ஏற்பட இருக்கும் வருமான இழப்பு தடுக்கப்படும்.

3. புதிய ஆட்சியில் தமிழ்நாட்டில் உள்ள அனைத்து கல் குவாரிகளையும் சர்வே எடுத்து, விதிமீரும் கல்குவாரிகள் அனைத்தும் சட்டப்படி மூடப்பட்டு, இழந்த பணத்தை மீட்டெடுத்து, அரசின் வருமானத்திற்கும் சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கும் மிகப் பெரிய பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்திய குவாரிகள் மீது கிரிமினல் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். ஊழல் பொது ஊழியர்கள் மீதும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும். மேலும் ஒவ்வொரு கல்குவாரி அனுமதி சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அனைத்து தகவல்களையும் வெளிப்படையாக மக்கள் பார்வைக்கு வைக்கப்பட வேண்டும். இ பாஸ் என்ற பெயரிலே நடந்து வரும் மோசடி பாஸ் முறையை தடுத்து நிறுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். எடை மேடை மற்றும் செக் போஸ்ட்களில் கொண்டு செல்லப்படும் ஒவ்வொரு மெட்ரிக் டன்னும் மொத்த அனுமதியில் கழியும்படி உண்மையான இ-பாஸ் முறை கொண்டுவரப்பட வேண்டும்.

மேலும் பல்வேறு கோரிக்கைகளுடன் மனுக்கள் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஏற்கனவே அமைச்சர் சில கல்குவாரிகளில் ஆய்வு செய்து அவை தற்காலிகமாக மூடப்பட்டது வரவேற்கத்தக்கது.

அமைச்சர் அறப்போர் மனுக்களை பரிசீலித்து நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பதாக கூறியிருக்கிறார்.
