@WestJet hi, I didn't recieve an email to say my flight has to be resechduled!I only learnt of this when someone who is flying on the same flight as me mentioned. I'm trying to make my ticket 'open status' so that the company I booked through called mytrips can resechdule for me.

@vestiaireco No, I've just emailed because I got told that I need more pictures as a pdf document to show the inside of the shoes. I've even attached the receipt of where I bought the item!!! What serial number are you on about all the info is on the box and receipt.

@vestiaireco I also have an issue with ref 24020188. I've spoken to somone named menchie several times on your chat because you requested more photos which I provided over chat as the link you sent doesn't work with the receipt. It still got refused.
