@EversForgeworks It looks a lot like a Japanese Deba. Chunky spine. A sharp bevel and a knife capable to chop cleanly through fish, chicken or hammer its way through cordwood! Really beautiful work!
@PatrikTruelove@SunsetInVenice Thanks again for this. My dad was a camp Lejeune Marine. He died of complications related to his service. He loved being a Marine and it helped shaped the man he was. I honor his service and sacrifice every single day with patriots like you who understand their sacrifice.
@FiredUpCoug Love this! My dad would do the same thing. I cherish his box of knives. They sit in my kitchen where they will be handed to my son someday. Thank you for the kind words about the sharpener which carries his name.
Saturday meal prep hits different with a sharp knife. Most sharpeners drift off-angle halfway down the blade. SAM keeps it consistent tip to heel. @SunsetInVenice https://t.co/GxOEv85yl8
A sharp knife isn't just about comfort. A dull knife is a dangerous knife. You press harder, lose control faster. Get the angle right and keep it right. @SunsetInVenice https://t.co/GxOEv85yl8
Most people don't realize their sharpener gives a different angle at the tip vs. the center of the blade. That drift is why your edge never feels quite right. Geometry has been lying to you. @SunsetInVenice https://t.co/GxOEv85yl8
My dad was a Marine and a butcher. He sharpened knives his whole life. I built SureAngle because he deserved a sharpener that actually worked, and so does everyone else. @SunsetInVenice https://t.co/GxOEv85yl8
Already have Lansky hones? Don't throw them out. The SAM-2 uses your existing Lansky hones in a parabolic guide that actually holds your angle. Upgrade the geometry, keep the stones. @SunsetInVenice https://t.co/GxOEv85yl8
Lansky tells you to reposition the clamp for longer blades. That's the workaround. SureAngle is the actual fix. Patent-pending parabolic guide. Consistent angle tip to heel. @SunsetInVenice https://t.co/GxOEv85yl8
Printing version alpha today. Weโre going to need more plastic! Itโs about a half spool for one of these and five to seven hours of machine time on two machines. Iโm using a premium petg material to eliminate any warping and keep it strong. Iโm a little suspect of my latch design, but I can always beef that up.
@GuntherEagleman Iโd like to say this guy is an utter moron, but he is more sinister than that. His goal isnโt socialism, itโs anarchy. He wants to unravel the fabric of civilized society so he can restructure it like communist China.
