I made a payment via a moniepoint POS on Saturday 6th Sept 2025.
I was debited N18,000 but it declined.
Till now, the POS Merchant didn't get a credit yet I was debited.
I sent an email to your handle, no response.

I applied for a loan, 3 months tenor. I want to pay the last batch and the Access Bank is frustrating me. Disallowing me from paying so my interest keeps piling.
This is wrong. Call them to order. They can't steal from me.

After several deductions via USSD code. Loan Repayment didn't pull through. Obviously issues sterning from your end.
No apology from you for not acting right, just checked again interest has gone up again. You are now stealing from me.

Don't tell me you can't deduct without my authorization, while your bank deducted 35k without me initiating it.
That is double standard. Please remove your exact money so it doesn't accrue...

Email, no response from your team. Not even an acknowledgement.
Can you take back full liquidation on the account?
