Well it's offical 11 months qualified, I applied and interviewed for a promotion as a ward shift lead ....and I was successful ! Proud of myself, I've worked hard to prove myself. Love my new career, love being a nurse 😍. Time to remove NQN from my profile !

@BeccytheRN I can not believe what I've just read, many mums and dad's enter nursing, many as a mature student, as a second career . Myself included. I'm thankful ive had nothing but support from placement if there was an issue with my children. This comment is nor useful or necessary.
