Hitting 10K has been hard mentally

What a blessing it is to finally hit it

It’s been a dream for yearssssss, and i’ve grinded so hard to, sacrificing so much time, relationships, mental peace

It was quite stressful

But now that I have, It’s weird.

That was such a massive driver for me and it’s gone.

I did the thing I’ve always wanted to do

and now what?

Motivation has really sagged, discipline is pulling me through.

I need “that hard thing” again, I need that vision.

And I feel like i’m searching for what I want it to be.

Praise the Lord I can have this problem!

I need a new passion driver? 100K/mo? House? I’m not sure.

Next, as employee, I journal my trades and results.

Finally, as the business owner, I review the trades, and how the employee can improve moving forward.

After that, exit the office for the day! Go on and live the rest of my life with what and who I love.

As the business owner, my job is to create the rules, the risk management and the plan.

As employee, my only job is to execute the plan exactly the way it was designed...or FIRE MYSELF for the day and walk away.
