After a disastrous experience with @BarclaysUK@BarclaysUKHelp I'm trying to close an account down after only having one open for 3 days. Now I've been prevented access from my accessing my funds altogether.
@RoyalMailHelp paid for international tracked and signed which has an estimated delivery of 3 - 5 working days. Parcel hasn't even left the UK yet. Please advise?
BREAKING: Dominik Szoboszlai to Liverpool, here we go! Understand RB Leipzig are now informed that Liverpool have triggered the release clause. 🚨🔴🇭🇺 #LFC
€70m deal done, to be signed soon.
Personal terms agreed, Szobo’s ready for medical tests soon.
Huge signing for #LFC.
@acmtix CIL is levied upon the commencement of development (Reg. 7 of the CIL Regs). The commencement of development includes demolition etc. The Regs also provide for 'default' installments but usually these are set by the relevant authority.
@GusBeare @Feargal_Sharkey Doesn't appear to fall within the definition of infrastructure (s.216(2)) in the Planning Act 2008 - though roads do. Presumably surface water/sewage are intended to be dealt with on site under a s.106 agreement.
@ReadingClowncil@benp_norton@MatDevon@BellaWallerstei Each Council will be required to produce an IFS (Infrastructure Funding Statement) which sets out CIL/s.106 income and expenditure. Might be worth seeing if they've published one
@richinwigan @d2leeds@John8Stupid@TheBardOfAnlaby@ThermopylaeRIP Ah yes that will be why unfortunately. You may have a right of appeal over the deemed commencement? Reg 118, providing appeal is lodged within the timeframe
@richinwigan @d2leeds@John8Stupid@TheBardOfAnlaby@ThermopylaeRIP LPA cannot refuse to grant relief if you meet the criteria prescribed by the CIL Regulations. Did you submit CIL Forms 2 and 7(pt.1)? If they refused to grant may be eligible for appeal under Reg.116B
@PropLitigation Thorough article, where often, and at times perhaps unwittingly, developers fail to adhere to the CIL regime. The Gardiner caselaw reiterates the rigidity of the CIL regime. The Hourhope case is pertinent as regards the (now) Kr deductions too.
