10. So far, my experience with @KenyaAirways is far from the expectation of “The Pride Of Africa.” The experience goes beyond just the actual flights. From delayed luggage, to mediocre, misaligned compensation offer. Is this standard practice with K.A?
9. @KenyaAirways is this a joke? Why ask me to fill a form that specifies the contents of my luggage, ask me for receipts of the goods I bought that were damaged if you’re only going to offer to pay for the damaged bag? Look at your claim form, the bottom section asks for details
8. @KenyaAirways I submit the claim via email and send all relevant info and photos, including the value of the damaged contents. Only to get this response today:
7. When I unwrapped the baggage wrapping I saw that the luggage was scratched and torn. When I opened the luggage, I saw some of the contents were broken. The staff there saw it too. They gave me a Kenya Airways claim form to fill in and told me how to submit the claim.
6. @KenyaAirways Eventually at around 19:00 I went to collect my bag, only to find that it was damaged. I then went to The Colossal baggage Enquiry office at O.R Tambo to open my luggage infront of the staff there as they helped me track my bag by calling someone inside.
5. I filled in the form, took a picture for my record and gave it back to him. He gave me his contact number and took mine, he said he’d WhatsApp me when it arrived. I went home. @KenyaAirways
4. This one bag didn’t arrive, so I went to the @KenyaAirways counter at O.R Tambo airport to enquire. I was one of about 5 whose luggage hadn’t arrived. The gentleman at the counter whose name I have, told us to fill in a form and said my luggage would arrive later that day.
3. @KenyaAirways The last time I saw my luggage was in Brussels when I checked it in. Remember, my stuff I bought was packed and spread out amongst all the bags I checked in. When I landed in Johannesburg on the 13th January 2025, I waited for all my luggage. All but ONE came out
2. This was my first time flying with @KenyaAirways. While in Brussels, I bought some stuff to come back to Johannesburg with on my flight back. Some of this was valuable. On the 12th of January 2025, my trip back to Johannesburg started. I checked in my luggage in BRU.
Hi @KenyaAirways . I tried to address this privately on email with [email protected] but we’re at an impasse. I’m expressing my disappointment and hoping for a better outcome. Here’s what happened.
1. On the 20th December 2024 I flew from JNB to BRU on 🇰🇪 Airways.
J’aime être avec les personnes qui possèdent la considération pour les autres, la courtoisie commune et les bonnes manières. Soki olobi que okosala eloko, tiens ta parole.
It is hard for you to see how well you're doing if you're always looking at what others are doing.
Comparing ourselves to others will rob us of the joy that we should have for our achievements.
Celebrate small achievements, small victories avd God will give you more.
