@richdavisphd @AUSSOCMIC @10minus6cosm Are there studies that compare growth yield in SBA/CHOC vs BCYE? At the lab I work, we don't have BCYE or 30C incubators. MCM says those would be "optimal" but I'd like to have a better sense of what yield is lost with "suboptimal" conditions.

How many need to be done before their biopsy through this technique has similar sensistivity to transrectal? I need to get to know the urologists at my institution better.
