On his way home from the deployment from hell on the USS Abraham Lincoln Navy sailor, Joshua Aviles, found out his father was in ICE custody.

Mr. Aviles had a driver's license, a Social Security Card, a permit to work, completed all the necessary documents and was just waiting for his green card.

Homeland Security Department said military service by an immediate relative “does not automatically grant parole, lawful status, or immunity from immigration enforcement.”

So a young man living on an aircraft carrier in horrible conditions to serve his country comes home to find his dad waiting in a detention center to be deported from the country the sailor loves.

Don't forget the man who loves this deportation shit is a draft dodger who paid a doctor to lie and say he had bone spurs.
