@DannyColliganUK Most probably a mobility related issue more than an actual injured hip. Start with feet, ankles, knees and then hips and back mobility exercises just to get everything working in conjunction and checking there isn’t a weakness in your kinetic chain! #wankywords

@deanjohnsonuk Be consistent and you’ll find those feel good feelings. It can just take time man. Like anything in life, it can be frustrating at the beginning. Exercise is essential, and when you find your rhythm, it can add so much more value and productivity to your life💪🏻
@deanjohnsonuk Have you only recently started exercising more regularly? It can fill you with endorphins and make you feel great, but it also can take time to experience those sorts of feelings. Especially if you are coming off the back of having not done exercise for a while.
@ScottSutcliffe Surely whoever gets cast in a role isn’t the point. Everyone being given equal opportunity to audition for the role is the most important factor. After that, it’s fair game and goes to whoever the production team thinks is the best. Regardless of their personal circumstances.
