@adia13445 This thread is trash, this is a list of methods from multiple fad diets that lack any scientific backing. Spreading this kind of misinformation can be very dangerous.
When you focus less on losing
weight quickly and more on losing it
sustainably, you'll lose weight faster,
keep it of for longer and won't feel
deprived in the process.
One of the reasons change is so hard is that it implies something was significantly wrong with our old way of doing things, and as we all know, no one likes being wrong. If you can take some of the sting out of the implicit criticism in change, you make improving things easier.
