@Jungroan Finding the right merc is way too hard. Not sure what the solution would be, but this is just pure pain. Maybe there should be currency options to roll the skills and supports. There are so many combinations that it would still require meaningful investment to get it right.

Which resuls in that ’GenAI bad’ means that if it generates text/code it’s good use of AI and if it generates pictures it’s a bad AI. smh

@Vistrix @GermanStrands GenAI is used in pretty much every AI assistant that devs are using. This whole AI bad -discussion is just pure nonsense. Every developer uses AI tools and those utilize LLMs, which are GenAI.

Twitch scene always tend to forget that D4 has sold way more than PoE and it is not even close. D4 is made for masses and more casual players and PoE serves much smaller, but more dedicated audience. This should be pretty clear at this point. Tbh this constant D4 vs PoE is quite boring already. Just enjoy your seasons. I can easily play the content of both seasons/leagues and by then, there’s still more than enough time left before the next ones begin. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@pokimanelol Most likely not the best idea to throw your crew under the bus, at least not helping to avoid the drama. Restructure = find out who made the call and get rid of that person / part of the team.

I think part of the core problem is that in ARPGs there is always the best option and some players pick that, no matter what. Then the questions are that 1) how balanced the game can realistically be and 2) how large is the cap between the best and "good end-game" -builds. In case of PoE, it's basically impossible to balance everything. Ofc you hope that the gap is as small as possible etc, but realistically it is extremely hard to achieve with the given complexity.

I basically just stopped expecting widely balanced end-game builds, and just hope that it's not the same classes and skills every single time which are far better than anything else. Then at least there will be variance between the leagues.
