If anyone could please please retweet this picture. We lost our dog Charlie within the past hour around 6 pm tonight. We’re near the corner of Berenice Ave and Damen near Martrys North Center in Chicago.
@chaoticgaythey @stimmyskye Just want to say how much I admire the genius tactic of asking cis people to reflect on their own relationship with gender. Thank you for doing this.
@KarianneUSA@chaoticgaythey Yeah I was going to comment something similar-that any desire I’ve had to be perceived as anything other than female (I’m cis female) has been more about safety, status, respect, and/or opportunity and less about a desire for genuine understanding or appreciation of my identity.
I know this is a long shot since I am pretty much invisible on here... but my dog went missing last night when some tourists set off fireworks pretty close to my home.
She's a small GSD/? mix. 15 yrs. old.
Missing from Jamestown, KY close to Lake Cumberland.
Saying her name is about honor.

Saying her name is about equal protection.

Breonna Taylor. Breonna Taylor. Breonna Taylor.
@wave3news People we allow to carry guns and power should have it together enough to handle themselves when someone insults them. Teachers, medical and mental health professionals, etc have to put up with belligerent people every day without hurting them. Put this energy into trainings.
March 12, 1990 is the anniversary of the Capitol Crawl protest. Hundreds of people with disabilities gathered at the foot of the DC Capitol building to climb & crawl the steps in protest of the ADA's slow movement through Congress. Their advocacy pushed the ADA to passage.
Today marks 1 year since Breonna Taylor's death. Her name was the refrain heard around the world. We must say her name, remember her name, and honor her name. Breonna's story must never be repeated. #JusticeForBreonna

A national survey finds that 4 out of 5 physicians believe that significant disabilities are associated with worse quality of life. This may have dangerous implications for the quality of care patients with disabilities receive. https://t.co/lzhrJgm8r3 @memorialhermann
