I think the point everyone is missing here is that if the top 4 people here each gave up a fairly negible 1.25% of their share to carve out a 5% crew pool for 50 non-union crew members not covered here, each crew member would get $12,780... a really significant amount of money!

The truth is that $750k is too low to make a feature film in the US without people working for free and around minimum wage. On the other hand, if this production had flipped union, payroll would have cost about 50% more and the film might not have been finished.
I hope people read this from a crew member on Obsession. As she points out, this is not about any one filmmaker or movie in particular, and when people think of Hollywood as just a bunch of spoiled rich libs, the MAJORITY of this industry is just folks working with their hands.
I miss Great Horror Campout so much.
I saw that they (or a team like them) did the Pennhurst Horror Campout in PA for a few years. Anyone know if Horror Campout is still alive somewhere?
Excited to announce HAG is having its international premiere at @SohoHorrorFest June 27th in London!
“Ro-o-o-o-owan… I love you [across] the o-o-o-o-ocean!” 🖤💅
Talking to Adore Delano about the Jennifer Check era of her living as a woman full time and wanting to pull guy's heads out from the spine — an absolute dream conversation partner.

@THR Investigative reporting like this matters. For years, many of us privately described experiences that felt isolating and impossible to name publicly. Seeing patterns examined in daylight is powerful.
Grateful to journalists willing to look at systems that operate in silence.
It’s pretty sick how often you can see some of the shittiest stuff happening in Hollywood legal matters and find Bryan Freedman’s name at the bottom of the shit pit. https://t.co/qFT9kPZW8H
I commend Eat Predators for the strength it takes to expose the for-hire Hollywood machine that ruins the lives of survivors on behalf of their famous clients.
Read past the headline. You might see some familiar names…
Alexa Nikolas is a sinister and criminal force,” an anonymous website insisted. The former child star of Nickelodeon’s Zoey 101 turned activist for Hollywood abuse survivors “will destroy anyone and anything in her path.” https://t.co/FfkNUV4KhW
