@davideclifford @RushmoorCouncil Still not empty, neither is 421

[Samantha West @Samwise_West]

@RushmoorCouncil @davideclifford They missed it again!! This is the 4th time they have missed it, every time since we ordered the bin! 423 High Street in Aldershot. If the same crew are coming back to empty it (and manage to find it) why are they not doing it in the first place??!

[Samantha West @Samwise_West]

@RushmoorCouncil @davideclifford We have already raised it with you as I call each time it's missed. It is collection day today so fingers crossed! :-)

[Phyllis Tuckwell @PTHospice]

@warnerhotels Terrible customer service, offered £50 off a future stay which means we'd still have to pay £100's into their pockets. I wasn't born yesterday!!

[Samantha West @Samwise_West]

@warnerhotels I have many more photos to share with you. Your Manager at Norton Grange didn't even want to look at them. I've worked in customer service for many years and not sure how he became a manager?! #nortongrange #warnerleisure #yarmouth #isleofwight

[Samantha West @Samwise_West]

Hey @YodelOnline when are your delivery guys going to start knocking on doors rather than chucking parcels over fences to be damaged?
