@JioCare I've paid for the relocation of Jio Airfiber on 1st April 2025 and finally after two days of struggle with the customer service when finally the engineer arrives they say that the location is not feasible for air fiber. Are you guys playing with us or what?

@JioCare the engineer from Jio said to talk to customer care and get the refund. Now the issue is whenever I try to call they accidentally pick and then keep it back. Man for two and half hours (2 hours 30 minutes) I've been trying to get in touch but no response.

@airtelindia I'm deeply disappointed by your customer service. From day one of recharge till now I'm unable to fully utilise the unlimited 5g. Customer care says that the problem would be solved ASAP but their ASAP is taking away my money and patience. Truly a horrible experience
