@TATAAIGIndia We urgently need help. We requested porting my parents’ health insurance from Star to Tata AIG. Due to an agent’s mistake, my mother’s policy was issued with my father’s name, and my mother’s name is missing from the insurance, even though the port was successful.
A correction request was submitted 3 weeks ago, but there has been no resolution yet. Given the seriousness of the issue, we’re extremely concerned. I’m currently outside India and cannot visit in person or bring my family to the office.
Please help us resolve this urgently. 🙏

@rapidobikeapp guys, i just want to share the worst experience i had with you guys as a new customer. Not sure if you consider this feedback. While I'm trying to book bike as soon as i installed your app, it started true colors. First, it shown me 89 rupees and after 5 mins of search it started showing me a message no driver is ready to pick at that price and in no time the price has increased to 97. Its not about money but i felt your service looks like a scam and a lot of improvement is needed to survive in the long term with big players.

I was on call for more than 30 mins now waiting for someone to help me on an interac e transfer which was stuck at your end and your initial customer care team recommended me to talk to security operations to cancel the transaction from your end. Can you ask someone to take my call?
