@AnjaliB_ It must b pointed out to SC that deletion as ASDD is qua existing Roll pre SIR is without notice u/s 22 RP Act & HENCE ILLEGAL & if Voters R not included in new draft roll thenRule 21 Should be followed in SIR exercise & if SIR goes beyond RP Act & Rules then illegal. @pbhushan1

@NarendraGoswami This is sheer nonsense, neither SC, nor ECI nor Petitioner knows basic provisions of RP Act & Rules. Sec 22 provides that no voter can b deleted without hearing from original roll & if not included in nrew draft roll then Rule 21: apply for inclusion. @pbhushan1 @PChidambaram_IN
