UPSC civil services CSAT paper is totally unfair to students coming from regional languages (non-Hindi), humanities disciplines, rural areas and anyone who didn’t have an opportunity to study in a good school/college. One might argue that these students must develop good aptitude skills if they want to succeed in these exams, but it’s not that easy to develop these skills under the pressure of competition considering both language barriers and years of bad education which never helped these students to develop aptitude skills, critical thinking & reasoning abilities.
Comprehension skills should not be restricted to English language. Entire CSAT paper should be introduced in all regional languages even if it’s logistically difficult. Only those who have access to quality English medium education are able to attempt these comprehension questions and clearing CSAT(in recent years even they are finding these questions difficult - think of someone who has studied purely in Kannada or Tamil medium till graduation!?)
UPSC should be sensitive to such realities & issues before coming up with such difficult question paper. #UPSC

After reopening of college we need to study, finish syllabus, write records, attend practicals. Not possible in such a short span. Many of us have lost our loved ones and still trying to cope with it. Help us.

With having so less number of days to prepare for exams it is highly impossible for students to attend exams especially final years
Even if we pass the exams we won’t be confident at all to perform internship.
Significant amount of clinic portions have not been covered and
Students who went home during the pandemic did not have access to textbooks, and depended on online classes only. So we cannot complete our study on Jan 19.
