The day before yesterday your executive confirmed to me on the call that the refund of Rs 25676 reverted back to you due to some technical glitch.

He again confirmed to me that he reprocessed it & I will get within 24/48 Hours , but still I didn't receive it 1/2

This is replied by my Credit Card Bank that they have received only 2 refunds and not received a so-called refund of Rs 25676 processed by Make My Trip on 10th April.

When I confronted them with an IndiGo screen shot stating zero cancellation fees by Airlines, they have changed their stand and said that they have issued another refund of Rs 25676 on 10th April, however I have not yet received credit for the same. 2/3

The Airlines had confirmed to me that they have issued a full refund on 10th April to @makemytrip , however MMT has not yet transferred Rs 25676 to my account, every time they are saying it will take 5-7 days though 13 days lapsed

@MoCA_GoI Thank you for taking note of this matter. Till yesterday they were saying that Total Deduction 26976 including Airline Penalty 23736, (Screenshot) But After my tweet, they have removed this and saying that 2 refunds of Rs 25 K each were processed, though I received only 1 refund
