Monday Night Club Run.
Patrick’s Monday Night Club Run will be leaving Sandhurst Sports Centre car park at 19.30 for a run of around 6 miles (10km) in about an hour. We run as a single group with looping and regrouping if we spread to far. Enjoy a run and a chat!

This week’s Wednesday Night Run is the monthly handicap event leaving the Morgan’s Rec Car Park at 7.30pm.

It’s a 4 mile road run trying to improve on your previous time.
All runners fast, slow and in-between welcome.

We will start our summer intervals on Tuesday. Meet at Orchard Hall (Yateley Red Cross) at 19.00 (note slightly earlier time to beat the dark). The session is 6 x 4 mins with one minute recovery.

Tuesday intervals is long efforts... 1 x 10 mins and then 3 x 5 mins. See you at Yateley Waitrose at 7.05pm or back at the roundabout at the top of waitrose hill at 7.15pm.

We meet in The Lookout car park near Go Ape just before 9.00.

There is a £3.80 car parking charge at The Lookout, free parking is available at Birch Hill Recreation Ground and South Hill Park.
