@sundayjeff It's possible that the files were still saved to the cloud. A backup backs up everything, whereas files are usually also saved to the cloud outside of a backup. You can log in to https://t.co/ICNjzo7ypi from a computer/laptop and check to see if the files are there.

Canada shares a border with Greenland (therefore Denmark) and with France (Saint Pierre and Miquelon, still a French territory that exists in Newfoundland). Sharing a border with a European country is one of the requirements.
