Someone tell me how I'm meant to make music, run two labels, DJ, exercise, have other hobbies and become a dad. Not sure how it's all going to work ๐
Seen a few posts from successful artists on here about how they think people hide likes on insta because the post has flopped.
I honestly couldn't be arsed with caring about showing off thousands of likes man, what a stupid attitude to have. Ruled by a number, pretty sad.
@meldrumbass@sl8rdnb Suppose there's two sides to it. What would be the point in producing if no one actually listens to it. Has to be a middle ground for numbers.
Radio edits and extended mixes are the only way.
Can someone at @spotify please for the love of god get someone to consistently update their bass music editorial playlists. Never known a company with the ability to influence music so much, but do so little about it.
lets be real, 99% of you wouldn't even know what to do if a major artist DM'd you a placement at a venue or set - are you even slightly prepared? Do you have merch ready, a press kit, or gear insurance? Do you even know how to be in front of a crowd, how's your stage presence?
Imagine being as big as John Summit is, but lacking to common sense to do due diligence when choosing a label name, then setting rabid twitter followers on the label who are in the right. He seems like a cunt.
