Hi @TGSRTCHQ , My ticket number is 91309136. I am frequent traveller in SRVC 7602. Yesterday while I am making reservation. I am unable to find JBS as dropping point. Its only showing Medhipatnam and due to this I paid extra till Medhipatnam. I request you to resolve the issue.

A girl alone standing waiting so long is it the correct way. If passengers shifted to other bus where is your so called chart.

While I was booking 22 was window but in the bus its not window. @TSRTCHQ
In Orps seat was on left side now its on the right side

@TSRTCHQ I am travelling in TS16Z0156 from JBS to NZB tkt no: 23001429. I am very surprised to see the cleanliness in the bus. This is more or less than a dustbin inside. Why cant the staff take 5 min to clean the bus before coming to the platform. @DMNZB1TSRTC

TSRTC is charging 15 as passenger amenity , But these guys are not providing a water bottle . If TSRTC is not willing to provide a water bottle in this current situation then they should not change this.
