Let me set the scene for you: My wife and I were fighting.

She filed for divorce, I missed the birth of my son.

He was born July 24th and I was at a Boy Scout event in West Virginia with Donald Trump.

Deirdre was due August 11th. She gave birth July 24th.

There was a 60-mile no-fly zone around Air Force One and no way back to New York.

So in the span of a few days I experienced: a divorce filing, missed the birth of my son, fired by the White House, and getting lit up by every cable news pundit and comedian in America.

I survived all of it, repaired my marriage, and we just celebrated James' birthday and we're still together.
