Last chance. 🇺🇸
Tomorrow night, Speaker Mike Johnson joins us for APP’s Liberty & Legacy Reception.
As America heads toward 250 years of freedom, this is about the families, faith, and founding principles that actually built the country — and the fight to pass them on.
If you’re in, now’s the time.

Justice Department Secures Agreement with Mount Sinai to End Pediatric “Gender-Affirming Care”
“The Department of Justice is committed to holding accountable medical providers that violate federal law and endanger children through so-called gender-affirming care,” said @AGToddBlanche. “This agreement puts an end to these practices at Mount Sinai and provides meaningful relief for individuals who have already suffered harm.”

Pornhub has poisoned the digital reservoir and is blaming parents and device manufacturers when children drink the water.
In their frantic letter to legislators, the porn giant begged lawmakers to punish others for their hand in warping the minds of America's kids.
This is pure deflection.
Regardless of what happens in the House today, I want to credit three people with getting us here: @Schilling1776, @CraigParshall, and @RepSchlegel.
Terry had the vision to see a world where age verification could become law — and he was willing to invest considerable @approject resources to make it happen. His “How to Regulate Pornography” essay in @firstthingsmag started this whole conversation.
Craig was the legal brains behind APP’s strategy. Most lawyers are risk-averse and play within the bounds of “settled precedent.” Craig is an innovator. He foresaw the FSC v Paxton SCOTUS ruling years in advance and helped us write our briefs and develop our model legislation, including a bill first introduced in the House back in 2020.
And, of course, Laurie Schlegel, the architect of the state age verification laws. As a state representative in Louisiana, she introduced and passed the first age verification bill in the country. She was working from a total blank slate at the time — there was no organized legal strategy to overturn Reno v. ACLU, and groups were still trying to figure out the right approach to combating pornography, especially with regard to its distribution to minors. Laurie developed her own legislation that could both pass and survive a court challenge — and she was successful. Texas’s HB1181 (the law considered in FSC v. Paxton) borrowed much of its language from her law.
We aren’t in a position to pass national age verification without the outstanding work of these three. Thank you.
🚨 The Ninth Circuit has blocked California officials from enforcing parts of a state law that limit schools from disclosing a student's gender identity information to parents.

I filed an amendment to BAN federal funding for Planned Parenthood this morning.
Taxpayer dollars should never fund Planned Parenthood’s abortions or gender transition insanity
🚨 President Trump took on the anti-family tax agenda—and WON.
@Schilling1776 lays out how the 2025 tax fight stopped policies that punished marriage, work, and raising children—and delivered real relief to families.
The “big, beautiful bill” cut taxes, ended taxes on tips and overtime, and put more money back into parents’ pockets.
But the fight isn’t over.
Now it’s time to go further—make the tax code truly pro-family and reward marriage.

🚨GOOD NEWS: West Virginia just passed age verification for porn sites—becoming the 26th state to protect kids online.
Meanwhile, Wisconsin is falling behind—held back by radical Democrats like @GovEvers, who veto commonsense protections for children.
If voters back @RepTiffany for Governor, Wisconsin could be next to protect kids online!
We mourn the loss of Congressman Doug LaMalfa, a longtime champion for families and leading Republican voice defending children from gender ideology.
Our prayers are with his family and loved ones.
If Congress can protect American girls from female genital mutilation, it can protect children from permanent sex-change procedures. Too many clinics are exploiting loopholes to trans kids across state lines. Forget Newsom, the Trans Lobby has no better ally than @ChipRoyTX.
Protecting kids from abuse should not be a partisan issue.
I introduced the Chloe Cole Act to make one thing clear: no child should be forced into chemical and surgical mutilation. Thank you to @approject and @chloecole for standing up for the next generation.
Honored to lead my @RepublicanStudy colleagues in a letter officially sent this morning to @SecScottBessent, urging decisive action to remove sex-trait altering surgeries and drug therapies from the IRS list of qualified medical expenses.
Taxpayer dollars should never be used to subsidize irreversible procedures that harm the American people.
NEW🚨: Republicans must maintain focus on “Dems' gender extremism” to win upcoming elections, says the conservative nonprofit which influenced the Trump campaign on pro-family issues.
@approject's memo, obtained by @DailySignal, outlines the playbook for leveraging Dems’ biggest weakness: “gender radicalism.”
The memo says Republicans have a chance at winning elections in NJ and VA in November because Dems won’t relinquish their support for unpopular transgender ideology.
APP will invest millions to elect pro-family candidates.
The health and safety of women and girls in sex separated spaces and participating in athletic competitions is in serious jeopardy due to irresponsible policies, including those that allow known sex offenders to hunt little girls in public locker rooms. It is an embarrassment and a tragedy that certain individuals continue to turn a blind eye to these clear violations of the law and of the health, safety, privacy, dignity, and respect of Virginians. This must stop.
I want to thank President Donald J. Trump, the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Education for their strong, common sense approach to protecting women and girls.
Here's a bit of inspiration for you all -- a teacher in Maine managed to get the school board to repeal their radical transgender policies by tendering her resignation with a powerful letter.
We need more courageous teachers like this! https://t.co/DbPg1wnppk
🚨ICYMI:
The Trump Admin. is proposing a rule to block Medicare/Medicaid funding for hospitals pushing "trans procedures" on kids.
The days of mutilating and sterilizing our children in the name of "healthcare" are over.
