Why did it take 5 months to get a court ruling when the judge ruled it was "crystal clear" in the Center's statute, that only Congress could change the name.
This should have at least led to an immediate injunction on any changes, until a formal ruling.

Govts and local councils need to offer MUCH more help matching people with jobs, especially as desired skills sets are evolving rapidly. This is a priority.
