Ok so still trying to recover a Facebook page and thought I had a meta engineer helping me but now I am supposed to pay for a code. Doesn't sound right. Facebook needs to support their errors and impossible to get assistance. @facebook @Meta

Have been trying for 2 mths to get a Facebook page reinstated after they locked account. I have completed online forms, sent photos to show the page exists on search engines but the admin must be disconnected. Getting no help!! @MetaConsultEngr @Meta

@Meta It would be really great if Meta offered a chat system for resolving issues. The online forms that are completed for help, never actually seem to make it to a human to resolve. Still trying 7 weeks later. Frustrated!
