@ZARA_Care why have I had to call in 7 times since July to try get a refund? every time I get toldd-I’ll sort this for you and the refund never gets processed. Apparently after the last call I was told a manager WILL call back within 24hrs. LOL guess what - 48hrs later.. nothing
