In recent years, people are seeking to break from tradition and opt for a celebration of life funeral, with lots of personal touches.
Whilst some prefer the sombre dignity of a traditional funeral, a celebration of life is an alternative way of saying goodbye to a loved one.
Charles Dickens was very particular about his funeral.

If you don’t want someone to inherit from you and you don’t put it in writing, then it means nothing.
You need to specifically state in a Will that they shall not receive any inheritance, therefore you should exclude that person completely.
