@eunvelykim Is this still available?

[Sandy Lim @Sandy_Lim1985]

@hphng_arkiv1802 Are you referring on the lead booker or the companion?

[Sandy Lim @Sandy_Lim1985]

@u42nado hi. Is the ticket still available? Is the spare ticket under your name also?

[Sandy Lim @Sandy_Lim1985]

@RM_RealMel @inhsor_ @etaerealaus Did they reply?

[Sandy Lim @Sandy_Lim1985]

@inhsor_ @etaerealaus @RM_RealMel Hi. We assume this also. We reverify this with TTM Customer Services and tbis is what they reply. So we are all confused right now

[Sandy Lim @Sandy_Lim1985]

@u42nado Are you not going to the concert?

[Sandy Lim @Sandy_Lim1985]

@Gamesj13 Are you the lead booker?

[Sandy Lim @Sandy_Lim1985]

@Gamesj13 Can we still go inside the arena even the name on the ticket and passport are different?

[Sandy Lim @Sandy_Lim1985]

@u42nado Is this their new policy?

[Sandy Lim @Sandy_Lim1985]

@u42nado This is from the CS of TTM. We asked 8”if the companions of the Lead Booker should also present a valid ID when entering the arena. And this is what they replied.
