@iam_apolskils Until you apply for record of proceeding and discover that nothing you have argued in Court is there, you won't know how uncomfortable they are with writing your English. Someone will even say, "My Lord, record me, it's my right". I go just dey smiles

@iam_apolskils The other day, I did a FWA with over 60 pages but it's customary Court oh. Instead of long talk during adoption, engage them in your briefs, pleading and Written Address. Give them endless list of decided cases. Tie their hand well. After all, your process is all u have on appeal

@iam_apolskils Currently, I'm defending a 5 pages statement of claim with over 40 pages statement of defence. The work is done at the chambers these days not in Court room. You all should stop stressing our papas and mamas at the bench with your long turenchi. Put everything in writing.

Nobody will beat you or scold you but believe me you that you will finish ur 2yrs apprenticeship without knowing a single trade secret. You think it's all about skill?
