Not just fortune.
Not just money.

This year, choose connection.

May your days feel less lonely,
and your moments feel shared.

That’s the kind of luck a companion brings.

Happy Chinese New Year 🧧

𝗤𝗔 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆.

At Kindred, QA means pushing the companion beyond normal use, not just checking if it works.

We constantly challenge Pudgy’s screen understanding with complex, messy context.
This is part of our QA process on the desktop app.

Sometimes we try to break it.
Sometimes that’s exactly when it shows us how capable it really is.

[Kindred Labs @Kindred_AI]

Today’s experiment:
I asked Pudgy to roast my procrastination.

The hardest part of “always-on” isn’t intelligence.
It’s behavior.

Some people seem to be forget, even in crypto markets like this, its a great humbling to go back to fundamentals.

My @Kindred_AI team and I are still grinding away, unaffected whatsoever by the market.

Our IP partnerships continue to be announced, many delving head first into web3 AI with us.

We're going to be building for the next 5-10 years, you think a bad token weekend or month is going to matter in the long run?

But yes, I think its about damn time we get the desktop app out there. Updates soon, ONLY UP FROM HERE :)

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.

With X changing how social rewards work, we’re using this moment to expand our movement.

Kindred will be one of the first projects to be enrolled in the new Kaito studio, a powerful way we can better recognize contributors in a way that matches where Kindred is going: 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺.

This is particularly opportunistic for those that truly understand Kindred. As we bring the most globally recognised IP on-chain this year, we’re also bringing their Web2 audiences with them. If Kindred is going to meet millions of new people where they are, contributors should be able to grow Kindred where culture actually spreads.

So going forward, contributions are planned to count across Instagram, TikTok, X, plus Discord, plus power users who are building daily on the Kindred companion itself. And Kaito’s badge system will reflect ecosystem alignment too, including Klara, Sato, and $KIN holders

𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:

We’ve already taken a full snapshot. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 and old yappers are safe.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱.
Only how future rewards are distributed changes going forward.

We’re going to fully lean into this opportunity, widen the doors, and make it easier for great contributors from anywhere to be seen and rewarded. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺.
