@WestJet I did that and have still been on hold for over three hours … I am a silver status flyer. Had to fly out for my mother’s funeral, my home in BC is on forest fire alert and a 5 hour flight will now take me over 24 hours to get home!! This is unacceptable service @AirCanada help
