I have applied for Real ID on Dec 14 2022 and still haven't received it until now. It's more than 60 days. My temporary license is going to expire very soon. Trying to reach legal presence team but could not get through. Please help.

@CA_DMV Hello, I have applied for Real ID on Dec 14 2022 and still haven't received it until now. It's more than 60 days. I am trying to reach out to Legal Presence team (916-657-7445) multiple times, but couldn't get through. Please need your help.
