Progress is often measured in numbers. But its true impact is reflected in stories.
Stories of women who chose to believe in their potential. Stories of resilience that overcame barriers. Stories of determination that turned opportunities into livelihoods and aspirations into achievements.
Through the Urja Devi initiative, BPCL is supporting women Bharatgas Delivery Assistants who deliver LPG refills to consumers in distant villages, ensuring last-mile connectivity while building livelihoods of their own. By enabling these women on their entrepreneurial journeys, the initiative helps create economic independence and meaningful change within their communities.
These women are not only strengthening their own futures but are also inspiring others around them to pursue new possibilities with confidence. Every Urja Devi is a reminder that when women are empowered with opportunity, entire communities move forward. Their journeys embody the spirit of self-reliance, leadership, and inclusive growth that is helping shape a stronger India.
Here's to the women who continue to power progress, one dream, one enterprise, and one community at a time.
