Hi @tim_cook , a small request from an old and avid @apple customer. I have been buying Apple products for the past 20+ years starting from the iPod. These products were a big part of our lives. Unfortunately, they work (hardware) as they are built to last

but they don’t work as the software is outdated. It will be great if Apple can just make the basic functionality software available like listening to music or making a phone call, for these millions of Apple devices which are waiting to reconnect back with us
