All members of the Adarsh Vidyalaya Teachers Association held a peaceful demonstration today by wearing black badges in school, urging the Government to kindly consider our 13-point charter of demands.

We humbly request the Govt. to address the long-pending issues of OAV teachers, especially:
1️⃣ Government employee status
2️⃣ Uniform cadre rules

salary through HRMS linked to govt treasury, the relatives of the 17 no of the employees have not been rehabilitated under Rehabilitation Scheme, their Service Conditions have not been fixed yet and most importantly, Clause No. 15 and 19 of OAVS By-laws need to be modified(2/3)
