Contacts you posted above do not reply. The US embassy is incapable of repatriating US citizens. Airlines are price gouging.
We have registered for Step and other programs but still stranded for last 4 days with no light at end of tunnel.

@etihad Friends, Many fake accounts which connect via whatsapp (UK, Kenya, US, UAE etc) and ask for your credit card number (on pretext if rebooking, cancelling etc).
They are targetting desperate stranded passengers.
Pls be wary and report them, for everybody’s safety 🙏🏻
