Customer support service said that they can’t do anything about this. Asked me to connect OFM team.

Do not buy any insurance from @ICICILombard ? By mistake I have purchased a car insurance from ICICI as per their policy. They will give you zero dep policy but you need to pay 30-50% cost of a part if there will be any minor scratches on the part.

It seems we need to wash our car after an accident, so that there will not be any dust on lights and glasses if they take the photo of the dusty car they will ask you to pay 50% of the part.

But after waiting for 2 hours for eye test formalities they told me that the frame is unavailable. It was very disappointing after spending 2 precious hours you got to know the thing you have selected from the entire store is not available even after confirmation. @peyushbansal

I have visited @Lenskart_com store first time in my life with my family. We have selected one frame which was available in store. As we need same frame for me and my wife so I asked executive for the availability of frame. He told me the frame is available. @peyushbansal
