@AirRepamericana is this a real account coz I just received a call from shady number saying they were American air representative. Also two accounts claiming to be from American air are closed now. Seems like this is how American airline operate these days.

@AmericanAir you guys have been the worst of all. I was forced to check in my bag at the gate because you didn’t have overhead bin then you guys mishandled my bags and when I didn’t have my bag tag to help me out, you couldn’t even locate my bag tag or my bag. Ridiculous
