@redBus_in @prakashsangam So people should never book through @redbus_ if they want safe journey because that will only depend on bus operator. That's not of any concern to redbus. Passenger and their belongings safety is concern of passenger only.

As per our conversation with your support executive, redbus is only responsible till you get in Bus. Post that whatever happens to you redbus is not responsible.

Operator will allow any person to travel in Bus even if it's unsafe.

As I am booking from redbus, redbus should be aware that these Bus services are not operating as per rules. Passenger details must be taken before allowing them to travel in Bus.
