DGCA should really look into many similar incidents happening by Spicejet like delays, baggage issues, rude staff..

I have booked for Jio air fibre installation with the order Id LR00000JW4BY . I have paid the amount & scheduled installation for today. No one turned up. No intimation if Jio could not provide the committed service. Pathetic service!!
