[1] เริ่มเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ = สมองสร้างสายไฟ ใหม่

ทุกครั้งที่คุณทำสิ่งที่ไม่เคยทำมาก่อน สมองจะ “ต่อวงจรใหม่” ระหว่างเซลล์ ประสาท (neurons) เหมือนวางถนนเส้นใหม่ในเมืองที่ยังไม่เคยมี ใครเดิน

ยิ่งคุณใช้ถนนเส้นนั้นบ่อยเท่าไร ทางก็ยิ่งชัด ยิ่งเร็ว ยิ่งแข็งแรง แต่ถ้าคุณเลิกใช้ มันจะค่อย ๆ หายไป

เริ่มจากสิ่งเล็ก ๆ ที่คุณไม่เคยลอง เช่น เขียนมืออีกข้าง เดินทางที่ใหม่ๆ เรียนรู้สกิล ใหม่ ทักษะใหม่ๆ อ่านหนังสือแนวอื่นๆที่เรา ไม่ถนัด

ห้ามบอกตัวเองว่า “ยังไม่พร้อม” เพราะ สมองพร้อมเปลี่ยนเสมอ

[2] สมองเปลี่ยนได้ 3 ชั้น (3-Level Reset)

Dr. Lara Boyd อธิบายว่า สมองเราอัปเดต ตัวเองได้ 3 ระดับ เหมือนเฟิร์มแวร์ที่เรียนรู้จากการใช้งาน

(1) Chemical Change - การเปลี่ยนระดับ สารเคมีในสมอง คือช่วง “อินสแตนต์” ที่เรารู้สึกว่าจำได้ทันที หลังเรียน

แต่ถ้าไม่ฝึกซ้ำ มันจะจางลง

(2) Structural Change - การสร้าง โครงสร้างใหม่ของเซลล์ประสาท นี่คือการเปลี่ยนแบบ “ถาวร” ที่ทำให้���รามี ความจำระยะยาว

(3) Functional Change - สมองเริ่มทำงาน ประสานกันดีขึ้น ส่วนที่ใช้บ่อยจะเปิดติดเร็วขึ้น สมองทำงาน ลื่นขึ้น

ถ้าอยากให้สมองเปลี่ยนจริง ต้อง “ทำ ซ้ำ” จนถึงระดับโครงสร้าง

เพราะนั่นคือจุดที่สมองสร้างวงจรถาวรให้ตัว เอง

แค่ เข้าใจ ไม่พอ สมองไม่เปลี่ยนจากคำ ว่า "อ๋อ"มันจะเปลี่ยนก็ต่อเมื่อคุณ "ลองทำ > ทำซ้ำ > ทำจนชิน"

เช่น

ถ้าเราอ่านหนังสือ 1 ครั้งแล้ว "เข้าใจ" น��่คือchemical change (ชั่วคราว) แต่ถ้าเรากลับมา “อธิบายให้คนอื่นฟัง”, “เขียนสรุป", "เอาไปลงมือทำจริง"

สมองจะเริ่ม สร้างเส้นทางเชื่อมใหม่ ระหว่าง neuron = นี่คือ structural change (ถาวรกว่า)

[3] ทำไมบางคนเรียนรู้ไวกว่าอีกคน

เพราะ Neuroplasticity ของแต่ละคนไม่เท่า กัน

สมองแต่ละคนมีโครงสร้างเฉพาะตัว เหมือน ลายนิ้วมือ

บางคนจำด้วยภาพ

บางคนจำด้วยการเขียน

บางคนจำด้วยการอธิบายออกเสียง
ไม่มีสูตรเดียวที่ใช้ได้กับทุกสมอง

สิ่งที่ได้ผลคือ “หาวิธีที่เข้ากับสมองของคุณ ที่สุด"

ทดลองหลายแบบ ฟัง ดู เขียน พูด แล้ว สังเกตว่าวิธีไหนจำแม่นสุด

อย่าเทียบกับใคร เพราะสมองคุณคือDesign เฉพาะตัว

[4] สมองเปลี่ยนได้ทั้งทางดีและร้าย

Neuroplasticity คือดาบสองคม

มันเปลี่ยนได้ทั้งในทางที่ทำให้คุณดีขึ้น และ แย่ลง

ถ้าคุ���เสพสิ่งเดิมซ้ำ ๆ ทุกวัน เช่น ความเครียด ข่าวลบ หรือสภาพแวดล้อมเดิมๆ

สมองจะ "บันทึก" ความคิดแบบนั้นไว้ จนกลายเป็น pattern ของชีวิตเราเอง (เหมือนเราชอบเรื่องแย่ๆ)

แต่ถ้าคุณเปลี่ยนวงจรซ้ำในทางดี สมองจะสร้างเส้นทางใหม่ที่แข็งแรงกว่า
ตั้งเวลา digital detox หรือเขียน gratitude list ให้สมองได้ “หายใจ"

อย่าเสพลบซ้ำทุกวัน เพราะนั่นคือการฝึก สมองให้ค��ดแบบเดิม

[5] วิธีฝึกให้สมองเปลี่ยนจริง

Dr. Lara Boyd บอกว่า "Behavior is the engine of change." สิ่งที่คุณทำซ้ำ คือสิ่งที่สมองจะจดจำ

(1) ฝึกซ้ำอย่างตั้งใจ (Deliberate Practice) - ยิ่งเจอเรื่องยากๆ สมองยิ่งโต

(2) ออกกำลังกาย - เพิ่มเลือดและออกซิเจน ให้สมอง

(3) ฝึกซ้ำในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้ structural changes ติดทน (

(4) ลดพฤติกรรมซ้ำที่ไม่ดี - หยุดทำสิ่งที่ หล่อหลอมวงจรเดิม

(5) เรียนรู้ต่อเนื่อง - สมองจะคงความ ยืดหยุ่���ไว้ตลอดชีวิต อย่าทำหลายอย่างพร้อมกัน เพราะ multitasking ทำให้สมองไม่สร้างวงจรลึก

[6] Our brain is shapeable - สมองของเรา ปั้นได้เหมือนดินเหนียว

ยิ่งฝึกถูกทาง มันยิ่งแข็งแรง ยิ่งขี้เกียจคิด มันยิ่งฝ่อ

อย่าให้สมองถูกโปรแกรมด้วยสิ่งที่คุณทำ โดยไม่รู้ตัว

เพราะทุกพฤติกรรมคือการ “ออกแบบสมอง ใหม่ทุกวัน"

ใช้พฤติกรรมซ้ำให้เป็น “โปรแกรมดี” เช่น การอ่าน คิดบวก ส��้างสรรค์

หยุดฝึกสิ่งเดิมที่ทำให้คุณวนลูป เพราะ สมองจะจำมันเป็นนิสัย

-สมองไม่ตายตัว มันเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ทุกวัน

-ทุกการเรียนรู้คือการ “เดินสายไฟใหม่” ให้ สมอง

-ทำสิ่งนั้นซ้ำๆ = สมองแข็งแรง พัฒนา

- หยุดทำ = สมองก็หายไปตาม (สังเกตุเรื่องที่เรียนมาสมัยก่อนคืนครูหมด)

- Neuroplasticity คือกล้ามเนื้อของความ คิด

ฝึกถูก = สมองใหม่

ฝึกผิด = สมองเดิม

[2] ฝึกใช้สมองอย่างมีสติ (Deliberate Practice)

เวลาทำงานหรือเรียน ให้โฟกัสลึกแทนที่จะ ทำหลายอย่างพร้อมกัน

[3] ฝึกหยุดพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เสริมวงจรสมอง เช่น doom scroll, เสพข่าวลบๆ, เช็กมือถือก่อนนอน
