@hazelwrit Ooo is it Wylde flowers? I started playing it this morning. I think there is an incantation that allows faster running (probably still not fast).
@EricCrampton@MaxRashbrooke Do the super and health care measures here account for differences in life expectancy? If not I expect at least some of it would unwind.
@tui_talk I enjoyed Paris landmarks more the second time after playing Assassin's Creed unity (it certainly helped with navigation).
Also Fall of civilization podcast's latest ep is on Petra.
@EricCrampton @openpolicynz It would have complications on providers of electricity etc who in most places have obligations to supply. I suppose a similar set up could be an embedded network with the transition location on "council" ground (as opposed to residents association ground).
@EricCrampton @openpolicynz There are complications there but I think most people don't know that while they have a policy now, the insurance companies are either not going to price or have ridiculously high premiums as the risk rises in future years. Thus will offload risk onto future govts.
@EricCrampton @openpolicynz My understanding is that insurance companies only reinsure for the duration of current policies. If there was requirements to offer policy's for the life of the building then everyone would be able to price that cost into their decisions.
Ie rates *should* increase by that much, these are replacements not new assets so shouldn't be debt funded...
Lol they are going make the next generation pay for it.
I read an article that said in one Southern district the three waters needed $5000 per ratepayer per year for the next decade so the mayor is going to run on a platform of opposing the three waters reform.
In D&D there are 50gp per lb or 9grams each. Current gold prices are NZ$54 per gram. To cast Augury I would need (reusable) components worth 25gp=~$12k in order to find out if the new coke zero sugar is any good. Or I could just try it.
