@zomatocare This is regarding my order#7593088837 where there was spillage of items. The container was not sealed, the outer carry bag plastic was dirty and unsealed as well. This is really disgusting that delivery partner doesn't check if restaurant is following basic standards.

@MyntraSupport Today they have sent a SMS that return has been cancelled. This is getting very irritating now. Why aren't you taking any steps? They are bluffing everyday and they are misbehaving when called. Please issue my refund if you cannot arrange for pickup. My money is blocked this way
@MyntraSupport This is regarding my return order pickup where courier partners are updating incorrect information 'customer not available' everyday since last 3 days. A complaint was raised IN25110320292976165946 but still everyday courier partner is faking pickup
@MyntraSupport The same thing has happened again. Once again the courier guys have given a fake update 'unable to reach customer'. When we called them, they misbehaved and said 'Go and complain to Myntra'.
