I’ve failed two weeks straight to hit my goals

Disappointed began to set in

But after comparing last blue print Friday’s stats

I’m proud of myself

Last week I struggled to make 34 friends - most were bots

Now I’m at 73!

Here’s 5 lessons I learned :

I use to believe systems were a scary robotic procedure

But a system can be applied to just about anything

Truth is, when motivation fails, systems take over

Make Enemies 👀

Mortal Enemies

Okay, maybe not mortal enemies. This isn’t mortal combat, but call out what you hate.

Why would I need an enemy?

I’m just peaceful little me.

The same reason why we need a hero in a story. We all have a deep connection to love and hate.

It pulls at our emotions.

Forcing us to choose a side.

Calling things out does exactly that.

Forces you to choose a side.

Red pill or blue pill.

The sad truth, society favors hate, negativity - it leeches off it.

BUT we don’t have to use this truth for evil.

Our hate isn’t directed at another person or a brand. No, that would be using it for evil. Bad.

The enemy are concepts.
Narratives if you will.

That people can rally against.
Not everyone will agree or like you.

And that’s okay, we want that.
It flushes out the crowd and leaves space for the right people to find you.

My Enemies :

- get rich quick schemes
- gate keeping
- pushy sales

Dare I say the stereotypical marketing bro persona (may get hate for that one)
You know what I’m talking about.

It’s a vibe, not a specific person.
You can feel it.

By stating what I hate it shows my audience what I’m for :

- long term success
- transparency
- permission marketing

Nurture and community. The opposites.

The negative attracts more attention. Use it wisely.

If you stand for everything you stand for nothing.

So go on hate, intentionally…
