@hawaiianair (cont.) This should have been an option on your website like it is on @AlaskaAir and if you must require us to call you you should at least answer the phone and not make us wait 3 1/2 hours on hold.
Hey @HawaiianAir you don’t have the option to add an infant to our reservation online (despite other airlines having this) so we have been on hold to talk to someone for two hours. I’ve been messaging you on Facebook with no luck too. Please, someone, help! This is ridiculous.
Finally, while in line at the airport, someone answered the phone (after a 3.5 hour hold) and added our lap infant to our reservation. Without so much as an apology for the wait. Come on @HawaiianAir, do better.
Over 3 hours on hold with @HawaiianAir and no sign of anyone answering. Drove the 45 minutes out to the airport to try to talk to someone in person and arrived to this line. Cool, cool.
@HawaiianAir 2.5 hours on hold now trying to add a lap infant to our reservation. With two screaming children hanging on to me. Not exactly how I was trying to spend our last day in Hawaii.
