@sainsburys hi there, I’ve had various items randomly subbed in my online order. Person delivering didn’t tell me and no paper receipt so I wasn’t made aware of substitutes or given the opportunity to reject them. It was a disappointing experience, might have to go back to Tesco
@sainsburys The substitutes were mixed in with my order so not obvious and my delivery was at 8am, with last changes at 11pm the night before. I would have appreciated the driver highlighting the substitutes, and I think that would be reasonable as I didn’t pick up a 6am email.
